Applicable Law
This Warranty grants you specific legal rights for a specific time. The provisions of this Warranty shall apply without violation of the laws, provisions, and decisions governing sale contracts in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Consumer Protection Directorate at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce shall have the competence to consider any dispute arising from any claims under this Warranty.
Warranty subject to Bahraini Consumer Protection Law
This Warranty shall be subject to Law No. 35 of 2012 concerning Consumer Protection and its Implementing Regulations. The Customer may not make a claim in violation of the Bahraini Consumer Protection Law.
Term of Warrant and Defects Covered by Warranty
Ethereum Group shall provide Warranty for the material components of its products against any latent defects in manufacturing materials and workmanship upon normal use according to usage guidelines. This Warranty shall be valid for one year as of purchase date from a retail store or as of receipt date in case of purchase from the e-store.
This Warranty shall apply to all products for one year. This Warranty shall particularly apply to DEVO Monitors for three years as of purchase date of the monitor from a retail store or as of receipt date in case of purchase from the e-store.
Defects Uncovered by Warranty
This Warranty shall not apply and Customer will have no right to claim the implementation of Warranty in the following cases:
(1) Protective paint coatings for products, which are supposed to wear out over time, or batteries unless the damage resulted from defective materials or bad workmanship.
(2) Apparent damage, including but not limited to scratches, protrusions, and breakage resulting from misuse.
(3) Attempt to open the piece or device.
(4) Damage resulting from natural accidents, misuse, abuse, fires, exposure to liquids, earthquakes, or other external reasons.
(5) Damage resulting from the operation of a product without compliance with the guidelines on product operation and use.
(6) Damage resulting from maintenance performed by anyone other than Ethereum Group representative.
(7) Replacement of product more than twice for the Customer.
(8) Defects resulting from normal wear and tear or fall due to natural use of products.
(9) Warranty shall apply to only electronic devices, chairs, and tables. The Warranty shall not apply to accessories, attachments, consumer products, e-cards, and clothes. The Warranty shall not apply to protective paint coatings of products, fabrics, and leather of products.
(10) In cases where any serial number is removed or deleted from the product.
(11) Any damage or fault resulting from incidental reasons, such as computer viruses, high pressure, high temperature, high moisture, use of improper electric voltage, use of batteries other than those provided by the manufacturer, and other similar cases.
(12) Any liquid leakage, crack, or similar incident affecting the product.
(13) Failure to deliver the product in its original packaging with all attachments & purchase receipt.
(14) In case of purchasing the product from persons other then Ethereum Group representative’s or authorized seller.
The product will not be repaired or replaced unless the problem appears at the time of our examination, and if it does not appear, the product will be returned to the customer
Custom Builds Warranty
Our custom PC builds come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For the initial 30 days, we will cover all shipping costs for warranty-related returns and repairs. Beyond this 30-day period, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims. To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service with a description of the issue and your original proof of purchase. Please note, this warranty excludes issues stemming from conditions, malfunctions, or damage not due to defects in material or workmanship.
If the customer wishes to obtain the boxes for the assembled components, they must contact customer service before the computer is shipped to arrange for the shipping costs of the boxes. Ethereum Group will not keep the boxes if the customer does not inform us in advance of their need for the boxes.
Responsibilities of Customer
If a Ethereum Group product is a device that is capable of storing programs, data, and other information, you must periodically make backup copies of the existing information in storage media to protect its contents as a precautionary measure to ensure preserving data should any operational fault occur.
The Customer is fully responsible for maintaining the programs, data, and other stored information. If a request is submitted for product repair, Ethereum Group shall be irresponsible for any damage or loss of programs, data, or other information.
How to Apply for Warranty
For Customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain
The Customer shall be entitled to receive the Warranty service from Ethereum Group through the following method:
Before receipt of Warranty service, the Customer shall bring the product to any Ethereum Group branches and shall bring the following:
– The Customer shall bring the product with its original packaging and all pieces of the product.
– The Customer shall bring the original receipt for purchasing the product from Ethereum Group.
– The work team shall quickly investigate the problem. If the problem can not be solved, we shall deliver the product to a Ethereum Group technician for inspection.
– The inspection shall take 1 up to 4 working days.
– During the inspection period, you can claim a temporary alternative piece for your use during the inspection period (the available alternative pieces are only: headphones, keyboards, and mice).
– After the inspection is completed, the technical team shall contact you to provide you with the final result of the product’s condition; either the product has been repaired or the product shall be replaced.
– The product shall be replaced with a new product, if available, or with another product in excellent condition. If the product is unavailable, you shall be offered the option to replace the product.
For Customers in the Gulf Countries
The Customer shall be entitled to receive the Warranty service from Ethereum Group through the following method:
– When a fault or defect is discovered in any product, please contact us directly by creating a ticket for the technical team from here.
– The specialized team shall ask you to send a picture or video of the problem and attaching the order number and contact information.
– The specialized team shall help you first verify the type of problem or help you solve it.
– If we are unable to solve the problem, the technical support shall send the shipping company to receive the shipment from you.
– Please send the product with all accessories and pieces in the box.
– The product inspection shall take between 1 to 5 working days after receiving the shipment.
– After completing the inspection, the technical team shall contact you to give you the final result of the product’s condition; either the product has been repaired or the product shall be replaced.
– The product shall be replaced with a new product, if available, or with another product in excellent condition. If the product is unavailable, you shall be offered the option to replace the product.
– After the Customer has made a decision, the product shall be sent directly to him free of charge.
Refund For GCC countries:
Customer can return the product within 3 days of receiving it. The product must be unopened and with the same condition and the customer didn’t open the box.
The customer will have to ship up the product and shipping charges must be paid by customer.
Online payments such as credit card or paypal will be returned directly to the customer’s account.
Cash on delivery payments will be returned through a voucher to be used in out website.
Refunds can take from 10 to 15 business days unless we receive the product earlier and test it.
If the customer cancels before we ship the order:
The customer is granted full refund amount
If the customer cancels after we ship the order:
If the customer paid and we shipped the order but then he canceled, shipping fees of the product and the return fees will be deducted from the customer’s amount. Also, 50 riyals/ 5 BD Cancellation fees will be applicable.
Customer not receiving the order:
In case of customers who already pay for the order but they don’t receive and the order gets returned to us and the customer requested for full refund, we will deduct both shipping fees and return fees.
In case of customer ordered through Cash on Delivery and did not receive the order, the customer’s account will be blocked and banned from ordering again.
Refunds for Bahrain Store and Bahrain online orders:
In the event that the customer wants to refund the amount because he does not want the product, approval will be given only if the product or its tape is not opened. The customer will be given the amount paid in cash only if the product is returned on the same day of purchase and the customer has paid in cash. In the case of paying it via credit card or benefit, a voucher will be retrieved from the store with the same amount.
