Can I cancel an order?

If you have chosen the Cash on Delivery service, you are allowed to cancel the order before shipping. However, if you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, there will be a fine to compensate for any shipping fees paid by our side.

What should I do if the wrong item was shipped to me?

Ethereum Souq accepts Bahraini Dinar, USD, and all respective GCC currencies.
How can I receive the digital code I bought?
After confirming the payment, we will send you the codes via email and SMS. Also, you can view your digital codes through the download tabs in your profile.
Shipping & Delivery Times
We process shipments from Saturday through Thursday from 12 PM to 11 PM.
Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed on the following business day. Shipping time takes from 1-3 business days to reach the designated country. However, most of our customers receive the package between 3-5 business days, and in rare cases, it can take between 5-21 days. Customers living in Saudi Arabia need to contact their postal office and follow up with their tracking number.
